Jolly Ledger is an independent editorial project and a free tool, Jolly Ledger Ready. It exists for ordinary people who already hold their own crypto and want to be ready for ordinary bad days: a lost phone, a wallet company that goes quiet, or a time when they cannot help their family themselves.

What we believe

• Preparation should not require handing secrets to anyone — including us.
• “Not sure” is an honest answer and deserves a calm next step, not a scare.
• Your wallet maker’s official instructions beat generic advice.
• Families need plain-language instructions, not treasure maps.

What we are not

We are not affiliated with Ledger SAS or any wallet manufacturer, and the name is not an endorsement by anyone. We do not sell devices, custody, recovery or monitoring services, and we do not give investment, legal or tax advice.

Who writes the guides

Articles are published under the brand byline “Jolly Ledger editorial”. We do not list named expert reviewers because we do not have any to list. Every factual claim about an incident is attributed to a source, and our methodology explains how we handle evidence and corrections.
